Couve Refogada (Sauteed Kale Leaf)

Sauted cabbage recipe to serve alongside other dishes.

Wash and thinly slice the cabbage

In a saucepan, add the butter, crushed garlic and bay leaf and brown.

Add the cabbage and lower the heat.

Add salt to taste.

Stir and there’s no need to add water, as the cabbage already releases water.

Cook for just 3 minutes and it’s ready.
